The history of the Hôtel des Vosges began in 1925, thanks to the passion and enthusiasm of the Kieffer family. Today, it's Thibaud, the fourth generation of hotel and restaurant owners, who is carrying on the tradition with his whole team, for the pleasure of welcoming you to this privileged setting.
It's a place you'll enjoy in every season. Superb hiking in summer and skiing and snowshoeing in winter with the nearby Ballon d'Alsace.
Respecting the character for which this family home is still renowned, you'll find up-to-date facilities and services. Conviviality and authenticity are the key words of the welcome you will receive here when you put down your bags in one of the 16 rooms. Discover the generous Vosges terroir thanks to the cuisine of chef Jean-Michel, who has been exercising since 1985, with his son Thibaud at his side since 2014. The restaurant can cater for events by creating menus to suit your needs.

The wellness area includes an outdoor SPA in the heart of the garden, a Finnish sauna for meditation, a hammam and a jet shower... You can also consult the massage menu for maximum relaxation.
Visiting Sewen in the Vosges
Sewen lies at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace, an ideal setting for exploring the Vosges region. As for activities in the area around the hotel, you can visit the Seebach canyon, take a walk near the Sewen and Alfed lakes... For lovers of local produce, on your walks you'll come across villages that will be delighted to let you taste delicious Vosges products.

parfait gentillesse et la compétence du ! Un sejour tres agréable, l hôtel est situé en pleine nature, un havre de paix ,calme.
Les chambres sont très propres et la literie très confortable.
Sauna, spa et hammam viennent rajouter du charme à ce tres bel établissement y bien entretenu.
Qualité des mets, présentation et choix , on a ete gâté, le personnel est a l écoute des clients.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil dans un hôtel à l'ambiance familiale et conviviale.
La chambre dont nous avons disposé était très agréable, propre et en très bon état avec une literie confortable.
La cuisine comme le petit-déjeuner sont très bons, avec des ingrédients de qualité, traités avec soin.
La carte des vins sort de l'ordinaire par la variété et le niveau, pour tous les budgets, des choix proposés.
Très bon restaurant et une belle idée pour le petit déjeuner pas d emballage sur les produits donc pas déchet

On y a séjourné une nuit et tout était parfait.
La chambre très bien, propre et ça sent très bon.
